Organizational Structure

BALA is constituted by Councilors and Chief Executives of Councils, as well as Councils themselves as Corporate Members.

In total, there are 16 Councils (10 District Councils, 3 Town Councils and 1 Township Authority)

The Association has a fully-fledged Secretariat that helps it to deliver its mandate.
